"The Dir En Grey Concert.
...

All I can say was that it was amazing.

We actually went there at 3:30ish, because I got everyone paranoid. >:3
It was actually a good thing to do. Honestly, we were stuck in traffic. We got there at 5, and there was a ginormous line.
It was ridiculous. ._.

Apparently, there was this deal if you ate at the House of Blues, you could get past the line. We ate there, and we got the deal. ( The grilled lemon chicken is BOMB... <.< )

We got into the line, and waited for a while. I was feeling really space-y about everything, so it was kind of strange. I sat down and people watched for a while. o:
What ended up happening was that I was in the middle of the "get past the line" line. Annnd... there were these two girls all over each other! They were in the very front. And I was like "Whaaaa?" And we started talking. I was like "Oh, are you guys together? It seems like you are." And then we hit it off. Eventually, they let me go in the front with them, so I was in the WAY WAY front. ;D

After thaaat...
We got into the House of Blues, and I RAN to the front of the stage. I had trouble figuring out where it was, actually. But when I found out, I ran my happy ass down to the front row. xD

There was actually a row in front of me, but I got my hands on the railing. What ended up happening was that I kept my arm in that little nook between two people, and then put my other arm there. When Dir En Grey actually got on stage, I was PUSHED so hard into the two people in front of me, that I actually got front stage and center. ;D

Dir En Grey was amazing. I can't say anything more then that it was the best night of my life. ( If I'd gotten a guitar pick or a drumstick though... that'd make my life. <.< )
Kyo spit on me like, 2 times. -___-
But what was strange was that I wasn't cheering.

I wasn't screaming, or flailing, or anything.
I was just captivated by Kyo.
I couldn't take my eyes off him.

Every once in a while, I would sing with the songs, but I honestly wanted to just be quiet because other people would do that, and they sing like shit, so I got pissed.
And I was quiet for a lot of the show... it was really. Strange.
I just stood there watching Kyo. He actually made eye contact with me a lot, I think it's because I wasn't going all crazy like everyone else.

It was an amazing night...

Oh, some gnarly details:
Some guy behind me had a boner the whole time during the show. xD
It was gross!
And all the bodies were CRUSHING me. I literally could lift my feet off the ground and STILL be up, because of how hard everyone was pushing.
When I got out of the show, the front of my shirt was really red. My hands looked like they were bruised, as well. And my knees and legs were FUCKED up.
I'm still sore, actually. And I wasn't even doing much.
Another thing: There was this really metal-ish looking guy, you know, those guys with long ass hair, leather jackets, beard, yeah yeah. He looked like he had handled his shows pretty well.
I outlasted him. <_<
He got pulled out of the crowd because he couldn't take it. It was too much.
One of the chicks that I met in line also couldn't take it, and was taken away.
Understandable though, because I am pretty strong, and I had to PUSH people backwards to be able to breathe. They were crushing my ribs.

The crowd was like a sea.
One person pushes, and then this TREMENDOUS power pushes you. You can't fight against it, you can't do anything except cling to the front rail for dear life, and hope you don't fall. Actually, you couldn't even FALL. It was packed that tight.
People were stomping your feet, trying to push behind your knees to make you trip, anything to get in the front.
I felt fingers wriggling between my body and the person adjacent, trying to get between us. It was fucking annoying. I looked back at who did it, and she instantly stopped. I guess I looked pretty pissed.


BUT OTHER THEN ALL THAT, the concert was fucking amazing. Totally worth it.
I'm going next time. Every time.

I can't wait to see them again...
